What type of credits will I earn?
Our courses are graduate-level, non-degree, professional development courses designed for salary advancement, recertification, and life-long learning. You may be able to seek elective credit from our courses if the courses fit with your degree program. Be sure to check out our Certificate Programs to see how they might help you advance your career.

What is the grading policy?
Our university partner has a specific policy for grading, but NO courses can be submitted before three weeks from enrollment, as each 3 graduate credit course is designed to take 45 hours to complete. You have up to 15 weeks to submit your coursework once you enroll. If you don’t complete the course before the 15 weeks, you will receive an incomplete.

Are these semester hours, quarter hours, or CEUs?
All of our courses are offered for semester hours bearing graduate-level credits from our university partner.
You will receive a letter grade, and a "B" or higher is necessary for credit. An "NC" (No-Credit) is given when your course deadline expires and you have not submitted your work for review.

How are the courses accredited?
Each governing body has it own set of rules about salary advancement and re-certification credits, so please seek approval prior to registering for a course to verify acceptance by your governing body. Tuition is non-refundable if your governing body does not approve the courses for credit.

Brandman University is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

How do I enroll in a course? Is pre-registration required?
You may enroll online or via email. Simply email Leadership via Design at admin@LeadershipviaDesign.com. You may enroll Monday-Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm PST. Since our courses are self-paced, there is no pre-registration requirement. All of our courses are available for purchase at any time.

How do i enroll?
You enroll by purchasing through the online store. We can accept your credit card payment at any time. Once you are enrolled, we will contact you regarding additional information needed to process your enrollment.

Can I order now and pay later?
We require full payment at the time of enrollment, so there is no option to pay later. If you have a Purchase Order from your school or district, please email us at admin@LeadershipviaDesign.com for instructions on how to process your order.

What is the refund policy for these courses?
Unfortunately tuition is non-refundable. Please make sure that a course is approved by your governing body for salary advancement and/or recertification before purchasing.

Leadership via Design reserves the right to decline enrollment at its sole discretion.

Transcripts

When and Where to Request Transcripts
Transcripts are ONLY available through the university partner you are taking your course with. Courses must be fully completed before a transcript can be requested. After your course is graded, we will mail the completion letter that includes your university ID and specific instructions on how to view your unofficial transcript to verify the grade shows posted.
