XLSU 9004 Servants as Leaders

This course examines servant leadership and includes strategies to develop each characteristic through
careful and thoughtful planning. The 12 principles of servant leadership are identified and explored.
These 10 traits include listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, conceptualization, foresight,
stewardship, commitment to the growth of people and building community., calling and JOY.
This course specifically  takes into consideration characteristics endowed by Gonzaga
University's emphasis in Servant Leadership which is specifically attibuted to Greenleaf's Model.
