As an Organizational Coach, I help businesses and other organizations resolve conflicts and
understand businessthe organizational processes. Through our work together, I work with clients to
understathe organizational culture, develop policies and procedures, create a strategic vision, clarify
values and define your mission.  I mentor leaders; and through this coaching, I work with you to design
new beginnings, and find ways to deal more effectively with the challenges of the future
